2. The Most Important Points at a Glance

• This website uses no advertising cookies and no cross-device tracking.
• An anonymous analytics measurement is only activated after your explicit consent (cookie banner on your first visit).
• Your consent decision is stored, as technically necessary, locally in your browser. You can change or withdraw it at any time via the "Cookie settings" link in the footer.
• Fonts and images are loaded locally from our own server.
• Personal data is processed as follows: technical server logs, the consent-based analytics measurement, and contacting us by email.

3. Hosting and Server Log Files

This website is hosted by the following service provider, which acts as a processor on our behalf pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR: ALL-INKL.COM, Neue Medien Münnich, owner René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. A data processing agreement (DPA) is in place with this provider.

When you access this website, the web server automatically processes information that your browser transmits: IP address, date and time of access, the page requested, referrer URL, browser type, and operating system. This data is technically required to deliver the website and to ensure the security and stability of the server.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a secure and functional operation of the website). The log files are usually deleted automatically within 7 days and are not merged with other data sources.

4. Analytics Measurement (Only with Your Consent)

In order to understand how our website is used and how we can improve it, we use a simple, data-minimizing analytics measurement. It is activated only if you consent to the "Statistics & analytics" category in the cookie banner.

The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required to handle the request and no statutory retention obligations apply.

This website links to the Apple App Store and to Google Play. Data is transmitted to the respective provider only once you click such a link. The privacy policies of Apple or Google then apply.
